Committed to living in and supporting regional communities, she has a proven history of developing innovative and practical, evidence-based approaches that transform workplace cultures into thriving ecosystems where people flourish, and organisations succeed.
She has managed complex and sensitive large-scale change and transformation projects and multi-site restructures that have resulted in sustained outcomes and a demonstrated return on investment. A leadership development program she developed and managed for a large regional health service won a Gold Medal for Leadership Excellence at the Asia-Pacific Healthcare Awards and supported the organisation to significantly improve workplace psychological safety, confidence in leadership, employee engagement and values-alignment. Her ability to transform theory into practice is made credible through years of applied leadership experience leading to a unique skillset that is augmented by a genuine commitment to supporting the success of others.
